With a bit of an adjustment period, I am beginning to enjoy the full benefits of this soft and comfortable sleep mask. I've washed it once, on a gentle cycle in the mesh bag provided by the sales people at the store, and hung it to dry. Worked perfectly. I have fine, longer hair, so I put it in a loose pony tail and position the scrunchy above the back strap, with my bangs hang over the top of the mask.
